Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
What we have in place
  • We currently have data analytics from our wix platformed website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 2 db platforms to track fundraising, communications (e-news), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to reinvest the savings in our programming and infrastructure that serves the community. COVID and the additonal material costs of offering safe, dynamic programming has impacted our budget this year.

Tri-Town Council (TTC) (tritowncouncil.org) is a small non-profit with a small staff and a mighty mission. We serve K-12 youth and families in our region to support healthy development, mental health and substance use prevention. Our website is our primary conduit for getting information out to families in our community. We seek technical expertise to provide a comprehensive, visually enaging, user friendly, easy to navigate website.
