Flexible Tech Support
Flexible Tech Support
Project details
What we need
- Ongoing technological advisory for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
- Support may include: tools set up and implementation, systems auditing, process updates
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details
Need support in integrating information collection from clients/customers/event attendees using 1. website form for collecting customer/client contact information 2.QR code link to contact information form for on-site visitors to use 3. tablet form for low tech collection of contact information Need all three input sources to go to one integrated customer/client/attendee database for easy use.
What we have in place
- We currently have a tech willing person, a website and an upcoming event, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have computer access, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,355 , allowing us to collect contact information from event attendeed and proepective donors.
We are trying to schedule our annual fundf=raising event (cancelled in 2020) and want to streamline the collection of data from clients/customers attendees rather than having 50 pages of hand writtend email addresses taht have to be input. We need to make it eaasy for attendeed to share their email addresses with us wothout having a logjam at the entrance while people manually fill out forms. We have MailChimp adn would liek this information to go right into be easily uploadable to it.

Our mission

We host one of the largest libraries of fiber arts books and materials in the Southwest, sponsor workshops for the growth and development of our members and guests, engage in collaborative learning though discipline specific study groups, educate the public in the fiber arts through school and community outreach and provide a forum for our members to showcase and sell their creations.
