What we need
  • A training delivered in person or online to team members within the Organization
  • Written or virtual training materials that can be used for future trainings
  • Advice on frequently asked interview questions
  • Recommendations for next steps to continue to improve interviewing skills

We want to craft questions the will address work culture and behavioral aspects of potential candidates.

What we have in place
  • We currently have interview questions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have management staff to participate, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,380 , allowing us to update our process and save money when making hiring decisions. This would include training that goes into hiring staff.

We hope this project will improve our process and help us hire a good match for the organiation.

  • Volunteer Manager outlines any current interview training and strategies and shares any existing training materials
  • Professional communicates with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session, to discuss goals, target audiences, and existing activities/materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional work together to determine the best training delivery method

  • Professional creates plan and topics for training and shares the information with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback
