What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

I have a fully functioning website that is regularly maintained. I have approximately 10 updates that are beyond our in-house capacities, small changes that need a Wordpress coder.

  • We currently have list of changes, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff person, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to refresh and update our website.

Prep: Share Scope of Changes
  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site

ElderHouse is a medical model adult day center that promotes independence, purpose, dignity and vitality for individuals and their families. For those in the initial stages of care, ElderHouse is an alternative to institutional living and serves the residents of Mid-Fairfield County regardless of their race, color, national origin, handicap, age or socio-economic status.

ElderHouse has been a part of the senior community for over 40 years, helping older adults to remain living in their own homes, and delivering peace of mind to caregivers.

ElderHouse is a safe, active and caring place where seniors can spend their days involved in activities, returning home to their families in the evening. Older adults benefit from active engagement, health monitoring and individualized care. Caregivers benefit from reliable, affordable, high-quality services for their loved one. The result is better health and well-being for families in our communities.
