What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

An edited video highlighting Any Baby Can's telehealth services comprised of various video clips and b-roll content.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a Google Drive folder with all video and image content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a video storyboard, agency brand and style guide, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to provide technology to enable parents to receive telehealth services safely from their home throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

There are many factors that can create perceived barriers to receiving telehealth services. Whether it's the uncertainty of how virtual physical therapy works, or concern that the services will not be the same, there are many fears that we would like to address. Our goal of this video is to highlight telehealth experiences from our current or former clients' perspectives to help prospective clients feel confident in receiving televisit services from Any Baby Can.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
