What we need
  • Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
  • A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
  • Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

Need help with proficiency: in creating an Intake Form capturing essential data from clients applying for services/programs that my agency offers. The Intake form serves also as a data collection source. The essential information/data must be input into a database. From this database, analytics will be generated for reporting purposes and for collaboration with my agency's partners, and to serve clients more effectively and efficiently. Firstly, volunteer with skills creating intake form.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Intake form currently in use, but it needs professional skil, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff assigned to work with the volunteer with expertise, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to address other top priority needs

  • Note: If necessary, Volunteer Manager may have Volunteer sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to sharing and discussing any confidential organization information

Our mission

Use research data (gathered from quantitative and qualitative inquiries) as planning tools to drive effective programs/services, improving education and accessing jobs and opportunities aimed at improving the overall quality of life among residents, including adults, children, youth, and families.

What we do

CURET provides year-round services to Hartford and immediate adjoining neighborhood residents, addressing the felt needs of adults, families, children and youth: CURET responds with Adult Education/Literacy services, building capacity for parents to support their children's education; support services for the development and educational enrichment for children and youth, including tutoring, mentoring, and leadership for youth; services and programs that are cultural relevant, addressing the needs of families, children and youth; for over 30 years CURET has been delivering in-person services and programs.

Since March 2019, a new normal emerged at CURET with the COVID-19 Pandemic: social distancing, distance learning, demands for remote services and programs skyrocketed beyond CURET's catchment areas; on a limited basis during summer 2020, CURET responded to the demands and experienced immense successes; outreach and viewpoints are expanding across the USA; with the assistance of professions CURET is seeking to enhance its marketing strategy; insights of professionals to fine tune services, programs, outreach.
