What we'd like to talk about
I'd like to learn more about VOiP systems. We are moving buildings and have some ability to reset our current systems and are considering VOiP over traditional phones.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

John was incredibly helpful and was very knowledgeable about VoiP and really wanted to understand our needs. He asked lots of questions that finally helped decide on a best direction for a new system. I know some about networking, but not about VoiP. John was able to connect with my network understanding and expand my knowledge of VoiP in a way that will help me guide our network setup at a new facility.
It was very interesting to hear about the facility expansion that Matthew has planned. We discussed in detail the future needs of the staff and guests to be able to make and receive calls from different parts of the building using desk phones. We framed out a phone tree, along with quantities of phones. We will plan to meet again in the near future, on another scheduled call, to discuss a specific VoIP service provider and equipment. I look forward to continuing the work with Matthew on a suitable solution.
