What we need
  • Training on how to create video content for web and specific social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • List of recommendations and best practices for shooting a video
  • Instructions for how to post videos to respective social media platforms
Additional details

We want to tell our story with faces and images, not just words. We sent out 2 videos this past year that were touching and told a nice story but we would love to get a better handle on how to do the process more efficiently and make the videos even more effective. We want to both share our mission and reach our community while also reaching current and potential donors and partners.

What we have in place
  • We currently have past photos, minimal equipment, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a team ready to learn, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to focus on our mission and produce programming for our community.

This project will help us share our mission in a more visual manner and reach our community, our donors, and our partners in a way that speaks to the depth of our impact.

  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to record video(s)
  • Professional shares tips and best practices for creating videos - including necessary equipment, determining location/background settings, camera placement, etc.

  • Professional instructs Volunteer Manager how to post videos directly to each specified social media platform
  • Professional remains available for follow up questions for up to two weeks
