Additional Details

We are seeking an invitation design (with donation insert) for HHOC's 7th Annual Non-Attending Event, in which we ask our donors to forgo the costs of going out and instead pay them forward. Typically the feel of the invitation is lighthearted and cheeky, although last year's was dialed back to reflect the seriousness of COVID-19. This year, we'd like to add back some levity with a hopeful tone while still being respectful of the ongoing pandemic.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have past examples, brand guidelines, and logos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have written copy in the works, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to operate our entire 20-bedroom facility for two whole days!

The Non-Attending Event is one of our major annual fundraisers, accounting for a significant portion of our annual revenue. With only mailing and printing costs to consider, this "event" is important because nearly all revenue is able to be put directly toward our mission. It also acts as an additional contact point to stay relevant and keep supporters engaged in our mission.
