Brand Messaging
Brand Messaging
Project details
What we need
LPFI is the umbrella organization for variety of programs and research. As we've evolved over the past 13+ years and prepare to launch new initiatives we need clearer, more concise, and compelling ways to tell our story. We need:
- Document that articulates in a consistent voice key messages about our organization’s identity, constituents, and mission and vision.
- Creation of taglines and talking points to help us communicate clearly and concisely
- Recommendations on tailoring our messaging for common communication channels (e.g., website copy, printed marketing collateral, pitching verbally)
What we have in place
- We currently have an abundance of information and research, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a new strategic plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,600 , allowing us to celebrate 10 years of our flagship program.
We have a great story and are looking for better ways to tell it. We want to communicate to broader audiences and cultivate more champions for our important work. In order to do so, we need everyone to share the same message about the work we do, how we do it, why we do it, and why our organization matters. Improved brand messaging will not only provide a necessary tool internally, but it will help us speak across audiences with a stronger voice.
Project plan
Our mission
Level Playing Field Institute is committed to eliminating the barriers faced by underrepresented people of color in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and fostering their untapped talent for the advancement of our nation.
What we do
We envision a world where a true level playing field exists – a world where everyone has equitable access to opportunities, including the historically disenfranchised.
This level playing field would start in our educational system. Disparities in resources, high-quality teachers, rigorous courses, and technology would not exist. All students, regardless of race/ethnicity, economic background, parent education level, or neighborhood would be provided with opportunities to excel academically, access rigorous courses, and be prepared to apply to, and graduate from, top colleges and universities across the United States.
As a result, our communities and workplaces will benefit from well-prepared, competitive leaders representing broad perspectives and sectors of society.
LPFI provides the resources and support to ensure that underrepresented students of color throughout our nation can overcome barriers and obstacles to their success and thrive in STEM fields of study, from K-12 through higher education.
