Our agency is seeking a Workplace Culture Assessment. We are a swiftly growing nonprofit and need human capital that can not only keep up with the growth we've had over the past few years but also sustain it. We seek a workplace of trust, initiative, critical thinking, accountability, self sufficiency, creativity, productivity, professionalism, fidelity, and passion.

What We Have In Place
  • The staff are quite vociferous with how they feel about working at our agency. We can provide the opportunity for individual staff interviews and/or have them submit feedback anonymously to you through a Google Doc or JotForm.

    Management and Executive Level Management are open to improving the agency's culture.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to continue to provide free HIV, STI and HEP C testing and treatment. Additionally, it allows us to continue to offer free support services including food pantry, medical and behavioral health services.

This project is important because it will provide Professional Development opportunities to our staff. Having fulfilled and driven staff is imperative to the continued growth and effective operation of our agency. This directly correlates with the impact we have within our community; the services we're able to offer, how we treat them, how we're perceived.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional any Organizational policies, programs, and/or procedures that influence workplace culture
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with past reviews or feedback that the Organization has gathered from employees (if any)

Milestone 1: Research & Evaluation
  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session and agree on best method to conduct assessment
  • Professional conducts assessment
  • Professional garners feedback from other team members (if necessary)

Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss findings
  • Professional provides final thoughts on the Organization's culture, as well as areas and actionable items to continue to focus on
