Project Details

What We Need

An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format

Additional Details

Our agency is seeking CBA/TA for Infographic Development. As recipients of a very selective and prominent federal grant we would like training on how to creatively and effectively outline the program's successes. Additionally, we will soon be launching an Agency Annual Report to outline all program/agency successes in 2020.

What We Have In Place

We have three Conference Rooms and a Training Room.

Additionally, all staff have access to a desktop computer. There are also laptops that can be issued to staff as necessary to complete the training.

The agency also has access to paid versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and a few other design programs.

Any additional tools, can be provided if advanced notice given.

How This Will Help

This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to continue to provide free HIV, STI and HEP C testing and treatment. Additionally, it allows us to continue to offer free support services including food pantry, medical and behavioral health services.

This project is important because it will provide Professional Development opportunities to our staff. Having knowledgable and informed staff is imperative to the continued growth and effective operation of our agency. This directly correlates with the impact we have within our community.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials

Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching

Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation

Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables

Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)
