What We Need
  • Customized Excel Training session(s) for up to 5 people over the course of 1-2 days
  • Sessions may be broken up into Beginner, Intermediate, and/or Advanced
  • Sample topics may include: formulas, commonly used functions, autofill, sorting and filtering, freezing, hiding, and grouping, formatting tips, keyboard shortcuts, pivot tables, charting and graphing, print readiness, collaborative work issues, and overall best practices
Additional Details

Our agency is seeking CBA/TA for a Beginner and Intermediate training on Excel. I would like to have all of the sample topics included and anything additional the facilitator might find beneficial for our organization. We currently use Excel for data tracking, budgeting/finances and organization.

What We Have In Place
  • We have three Conference Rooms and a Training Room.

Additionally, all staff have access to a desktop computer with Excel installed. There are also laptops that can be issued to staff as necessary to complete the training.

Any additional tools, can be provided if advanced notice given.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,174 , allowing us to continue to provide free HIV, STI and HEP C testing and treatment. Additionally, it allows us to continue to offer free medical services including behavioral health services.

This project is important because it will provide Professional Development opportunities to our staff. Having knowledgable and informed staff is imperative to the continued growth and effective operation of our agency. This directly correlates with the impact we have within our community.
