Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details

Random thoughts:
- Search engine optimization
- Review and edit content to streamline it and make it easier to read
- Possibly adding tabs for client stories, and customer survey
- Possibly adding a video that says who we are and what we do
- Analyze or fix back side of website looking for ways to make it run more efficiently
- Analyze how it comes across mobile devices

What we have in place
  • We have a vendor that both designed and supports our site. However, we would like an independent analysis of our site as well as recommended improvements.

Your main contacts would be myself and our project manager.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to make enhancements to our website that we otherwise would not be able to do.

The website is our primary source of communication whether it be introducing our agency and programs or acting as a portal for individuals or other organizations to refer individuals to us. We need to make sure it is user friendly, informative, markets our programs, links to other community organizations, etc. We also need to make sure it can accommodate mobile devices.
