What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an organizational chart, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to shift saved funds to aide the homeless and impoverished population in which we serve.
To better support and encourage our staff to be the best they can be. Tool implemented to measure performance with intent to compensate accordingly.

Our mission
StreetLight Community Outreach Ministries is a nonprofit organization that was established in 2004 to alleviate suffering among the poor and homeless in Prince William County and the surrounding counties of Northern Virginia. We believe that everyone has intrinsic value and we are committed to helping each individual who comes through our door to rise above their present challenges to achieve independence and personal success. Staff and volunteer mentors are committed to building relationship with clients which we believe is key to effecting positive change in people's lives.
