What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

I would like to have an overall plan for the content, timeline and posts for IG and FB to prepare in advance.

What we have in place
  • We currently have lots of raw materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a rough idea of what we would like delivered, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to put the money directly into the community that we serve in Guatemala. We could run a number of our programs on this amount of money.

We are a small non-profit with a big impact. We need to get our name recognized to increase our donor pool, funding and the work that we do.

  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
