What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We have our logo in different sizes, which you will have right for use in the videos. Not sure which size/format needed. We have a few videos and expecting more coming in. We can upload to Google drive if that is easier to accessible for you. We are not that tech savvy so let us know what specifically you need and we can work together. There are 3 short videos which are 2 minutes, 3 minutes and 7 minutes.

What we have in place
  • We currently have 3 short videos to edit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have google drive access, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to allowing us to enroll attendees for free and cover the expenses for the program.

This project is important because this is for a new virtual e-learning skills training program we are launching soon.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
