Program Strategy & Goals
Program Strategy & Goals
Project details
What we need
- Evaluation of current programmatic needs and how a program plan can address them
- Recommendations for an appropriate course of action to reach the desired objectives, including guidance on how to allocate resources and measure success
- Plan that outlines the resources and steps required to reach short- and long-term goals
Additional details
Last year, our organization had to suspend our counseling services due to the financial and programmatic impact of COVID-19. Now, we are in a position where we can resume counseling services this summer. However, this program will be different than what we were offering previously. We have the program concept but would like expert help in developing the objectives, activities, and metrics. We would also like guidance in implementing the program and best practices for training program staff.
What we have in place
- We currently have the basic program concept, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a framework for a theory of change, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,775 , allowing us to serve more clients who might not otherwise be able to afford our services.
This program will be the core of our services as a mental health nonprofit and we want to ensure that there is clear intention and well-defined objectives for the clients in this program. Successfully piloting, gathering data / feedback, and refining this program is a top priority for our organization and stakeholders. Furthermore, completion of this project will inform our operations and fundraising strategy for the next several months.
