Project details

What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details

We need someone to recreate the letterhead template for our organization. We would like: a high-quality image file that is customizable in editing software such as InDesign or Photoshop; a formatted Word document with the letterhead in the background.

We currently have a design but it always looks low-resolution when added to the document.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the copy for the document, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our current design file and samples of documents, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide 3 pallets of emergency food boxes to our neighbors facing hunger.

We use our letterhead stationary for donor thank you letters and other essential correspondence. Having a high-quality print material is important for this.

Our mission

Food Gatherers exists to alleviate hunger and eliminate its causes in our community by: reducing food waste through the rescue and distribution of perishable and nonperishable food; coordinating with other hunger relief providers; educating the public about hunger; and developing new food resources.

What we do

Food Gatherers is the food bank and food rescue program serving our neighbors in Washtenaw County struggling with hunger. In FY2022 we distributed 7.3 million pounds of food to more than 170 partner organizations and programs serving hungry children, adults, families, seniors, and veterans.

Food Gatherers aims to ensure that all food-insecure people in our community have access to nutritious food. We provide training, support, and food to more than 170 community nonprofit partners who operate food pantries, meal programs, or other services in our community, and we manage our own direct service hunger relief programs. These programs include: Healthy School Pantry Program, delivering monthly fresh produce boxes to children and families at school sites; Summer Food Service Program, providing summer meals to children who are eligible for free or reduced-fee lunch during the regular school year; and the Community Kitchen, serving free hot meals to the public 364 days per year.

Testimonials

Persephone provided several branded letterhead designs and provided instructions on how to export the designs from InDesign to Word format. She was very responsive to feedback and met all the deadlines. We would love to work with her again!
