Print Materials Design
Print Materials Design
Project details
What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details
We're running an ad campaign to secure enrollments in our Early Head Start program (parenting/educational support to low-income families). We need three pieces designed that will go inside local markets, all with the same branding: (1) outdoor banner 30"H x 60"W; (1) 8" x 8" flyer (to be displayed at the register); (1) 3.75"W x 6"-8"H take-one brochure vertical format.
What we have in place
- We have a style guide, images, and copy. Plus, flyers and postcards already designed for this campaign that can be used for design direction inspiration.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to offset some of the costs of the printing for this project, which is SO helpful!
Our early childhood educators usually do grassroots/in-person outreach in the communities we serve; with Safer at Home in place, we must reach very specific acquisition numbers in order to still receive federal funding. This ad campaign will help us reach families who needs us most at a difficult time.
Project plan
Our mission
Founded in 1984, Los Angeles Education Partnership (LAEP) is a nonprofit organization that advances educational equity. Together with families, schools and the community, LAEP facilitates access to and opportunities for quality educational and wellness practices so that children thrive from diapers to diplomas.

Thank you Melanie L., for your speedy replies and clear edits on the project for the Early Head Start. I received the project brief quickly and I think we worked together to create some good print materials.
