What we'd like to talk about
I'd like some advice on the best way to start the strategic planning process for Learning Tree Cooperative Preschool. I would like to learn who to involve in the process and what questions to ask.
Additional context
We are a non-profit preschool that is looking to rebuild and strengthen our program. We really need someone who can walk our new Director, staff and Parent Board through this process.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
Our mission
Our mission is to provide every child with a quality early childhood experience. We believe that education is a partnership between families and teachers. We encourage problem solving in a loving, safe, play-based environment that develops confidence and fosters independence. This foundation for learning is cultivated by highly educated and caring teachers in a positive atmosphere. Through play and creative problem solving, exposure to literacy, math, and science, core academic fundamentals are introduced and socialization skills are nurtured. Our priority is to provide a program that reflects the needs and goals of children and families.
