I am looking to build team culture and synergy in a team of fairly new employees.

What we have in place
  • We currently have cultural issues on our team, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have commitment from all members to build a culture of care., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to We could host two to three retreats that will help the team bond and learn how to work better together.

In order to meet our mission effectively, we need to build a strong team culture that helps each member thrive and contribute effectively to the team and mission.
