What We Need
  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials

Additional Details

We are looking to produce copy appropriate for a Wikipedia page about our organization, briefly highlighting our history, connection to our parent organization, current focus, and impact. We have a brand platform and messaging document, along with examples of impacts we have made through our work.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a brand platform document with a message platform, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have funding impact and success stories and metrics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to invest in our programming to improve health

Our organization is a statewide philanthropy with a mandate and mission to steward our funds on behalf of the people of the state. To continually expand ways we can share the impact of our work, we would like to create a Wikipedia page in order to expand ways the public can learn about our work

  • Volunteer Manager provides examples of existing communications and marketing materials such as links to website and social media, brochures, and other collateral
  • Volunteer Manager provides brand messaging guide and marketing strategy (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager communicates initial concept for deliverables to be created
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of copywriting deliverables, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing
Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares first drafts of copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length

  • Professional incorporates feedback and submits final copy for review

The Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment is a statewide health philanthropy working to support those working to improve health in Wisconsin through health research, health care and public health workforce development, and community health initiatives.
