Email Marketing System Set Up

What we need
  • Set up of Organization's account in email marketing software (possible tools include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor)
  • Imported contact list into software with guidance on list cleaning & management
Additional details

I need help with MailChimp, specifically using tags and segments, importing audiences, and integrating with Little Green Light. The organization has existing accounts with both. I am new to the organization and struggling to learn to use MailChimp effectively.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Mailchimp and Little Green Light accounts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have existing mail lists in Mailchimp and LGL, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,640 , allowing us to serve more people.

We will be able to target different segments of our mail list with email messages specific to their needs.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, budget, and needs for email marketing
  • Professional recommends software based on Organization's needs and budget
  • Volunteer Manager shares CSV of contacts with email addresses, first names, last names, and any other relevant information

  • Professional sets Organization's account up in selected software
  • Professional instructs Volunteer Manager on how to verify Organization's domain so that Volunteer Manager can send communications on behalf of the Organization
  • Professional imports contacts into account

Our mission

Our mission is to advance faith community nursing by providing a whole-person approach to individual and population health.

What we do

We provide continuing education for nurses, hold the biannual Foundations of Faith Community Nursing course, support and provide evidence-based health promotion workshops for older adults, coordinate faith community nurses to make telephone reassurance calls to older adults, host monthly networking forums for FCNs, and more.
