What we'd like to talk about
I'd like to brainstorm ideas for my existing website. I'm a storyteller and author. I'm thinking about making it author friendly and then incorporating: reading aloud and storytelling.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

To use the art of storytelling to promote literacy in order to reach the various types of learners in a multicultural society.
We believe in reaching one youth at a time. For Real!
What we do
ROOTS, Inc. programs and activities draw on the belief that 1) stories are powerful, 2) stories have the potential to spark creativity and imagination 3) it is important to teach children to be storytellers and readers so that they can appreciate and grow in their culture. We use the art of storytelling in the classroom, theatre and to help our seniors with their precious memories.
