Market Analysis
Market Analysis
Project details
What we need
- A written analysis of the Organization's position in the community it serves and its ability to address identified needs/problems for its beneficiaries
- A summary of the Organization's strengths and weaknesses, related to its program goals as needed
- A summary of competitors or potential collaborators
- An appendix of all data gathered to perform analysis, including sources
Additional details
FunkEntelechy Inc. is a new non-profit organization. Our mission is to change the way Black history is taught in the U.S. To help achieve our mission, we have established a partnership with the Museum Of UnCut Funk, an online museum that celebrates 1970's Black history and culture.
As we are brand new to the non-profit space, we are looking for someone with non-profit experience to provide an outside analysis of the market that we will be competing and fundraising in.
What we have in place
- As a new non-profit we do not have any market analysis information. That is why we are looking for help.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to develop a more effective business, fundraising and programming plan.
As a new non-profit, market analysis is an area where we definitely need help. Specifically, we need help defining the market and identifying potential partners and the competition. Once we gain this intelligence we will become a much smarter organization.

We will support our mission by creating and executing educational programming that teaches children and adults about unknown aspects of Black history, based upon the Museum Of UnCut Funk collection and exhibitions.
Testimonials
Terry was very helpful. He helped us gain a better understanding of our market. He also identified several non profit organizations that could be potential partners on different projects. I would definitely work with him again.
