- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have only 7 employees, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have salary and benefit information available, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to facilitate more programming for young people throughout the city of Chicago. We remain dedicated to facilitating youth art programming tha affirms identities and enhance cross-cultural understanding.
Currently we are coming up on the end of a 5 year strategic plan and starting to work towards the next 5 year plan. As we beginning the next 5 years, one of the organizational goals is growth. And to grow we understand we must be competitive in our compensation plan for current and new employees.
