What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
We are looking to freshen up our annual solicitation letter that we send to corporations requesting instruments, art supplies, other physical materials and/or monetary sponsorships for our organization. We are looking for a professional to help make our organization stand out to these big companies through persuasive story-telling, and utilizing information about our day-to-day operations during the pandemic.
What we have in place
- We currently have past letters,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website, videos, photos, etc., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,240 , allowing us to spend more time working on other fundraising/sponsorship opportunities for our organization.
This project will help our organization to better approach companies that we may not have approached in the past, or have had little to no response from. It is our goal to make this letter something that will stand out to all who open it.
