We're looking for an experienced volunteer who will help in reviewing and updating the existing pay bands as per the current market and non-profit standards in India.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a compensation plan and basic pay bands, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have other things like job descriptions, staff salaries, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $22,266 , allowing us to allocate that budget to our program operations.

This project will greatly enable us to prepare sustainable hiring budgets to attract and retain good quality talent.
