What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Would love to have someone help me and my accountability coordinator create policies and procedures for our staff.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have an operations coordinator and an accountability coordinator, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a current policies and procedures document, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to put money towards paying folks and our programs!

It's really important that, as we start to grow, we clearly outline policies and ways in which to govern ourselves as a staff!
