Project details

What we need
  • Review of up to 20 pages of copy for grammar, style, tone, and consistency
  • Advice on how to write effective copy going forward
Additional details

Bilingual Copyediting: Covid 19 has forced Snow City Arts (SCA) to pause our one-to-one arts education workshops with children and youth in the hospital. In order to meet the needs of our students, SCA has introduced a series of artmaking videos. Accompanying each video is an instruction guide and transcript, available in English and Spanish. We are in search of copyeditor proficient in English and Spanish to ensure the written materials are tightly edited and welcoming to learners of all kinds.

What we have in place
  • We currently have some materials complete and others ready for review, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff member leading the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to devote more time to virtual one-on-one interactive workshops with children and youth isolated right now on the pediatric floor or at home.

Snow City Arts has shifted to creating virtual learning videos since we cannot physically be in the hospital. Each video we post has an instruction guide, step-by-step guides, and video transcripts. We could use a steady copyeditor, bilingual in Spanish and English, to get these materials into shape so that we can publish them on our website and YouTube channel.
