What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

We need help writing new HR policies. Policy around misgendering/respect in the workplace in general, family leave policy, sick leave policy and full/part time policy.

  • We have a staff member to work directly with you to clearly define our goals.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to develop our small team to help our organization grow and increase our impact in the community.

This project will help us operate more effectively internally, which ultimately will empower us to increase our environmental and educational impact while being as sustainable as we can possibly be. We need to update our policies to clearly define our mission and goals to new staff members as we grow.
