We have a draft employee handbook which we'd like someone to review to be sure it meets all federal and Maine state requirements. It is otherwise written and structured.

The Mission of Maine Boys to Men is to reduce interpersonal violence, specifically male violence against women and girls, and support the development of emotionally fluent, civically-engaged boys.

Our Reducing Sexism and Violence Program (RSVP)(tm) is one of the world's most comprehensive youth-focused violence prevention program that focuses on the healthy
development of boys as a means of ending male violence against women and girls.
Because this critical work
takes an entire community, we have developed a set of complementary youth-informed workshops for adults.
