Organizational Strategy Call

Call details

What we'd like to talk about

I'd like to review some of our workflow and see if there are ways we can automate parts. We spend a few hours a month doing some very repetitive things that I'm hoping we can streamline.

Additional context

Some parts of the process I'd like to streamline are sending outlook invitations for each shift, the way our paperwork is processed, and identifying any software (ie Trello or other free/low cost options - maybe even improving the way I use that) that could assist with this.

"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

Our mission

To improve liver health for all by providing mobile liver health screenings and linkage to care.

What we do

The DeLIVER Care Van is a mobile hepatitis C clinic. We offer every service along the hepatitis C care cascade from screening to treatment. We are a new program and have been on the streets offering our services to San Francisco since January 2019. We first started as only a mobile testing unit, but in May (only 5 months after being operational) we were able to start offering hepatitis C treatment on the van. We are a one-stop shop for folks curious about their hepatitis C status and for folks interested in getting their hepatitis C cured.

Testimonials

Gina was great! She brought high energy and clarity to the problem I presented. She shared her techniques and helped me search for creative solutions that didn't require reinventing the wheel. Before the day was over, she already sent an email with follow-up thoughts. It's clear how dedicated to helping she is and I'm so grateful for the connection we made!
