What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have Employee Handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas of what needs to change, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to to provide more food for the hungry and medical/dental care for the uninsured.
Updating our Handbook is critical to the culture of our organization. We are outdate with some key policies
