Because of the pandemic, SU2J has to shift our annual, major fundraising event to several, smaller virtual events. The flyer will be sent out to our local community (legal and business sectors) to solicit sponsorships for these three upcoming events. The flyer is intended to highlight the three events and provide information about what a sponsorship entails. Obtaining sponsorships will be very important for SU2J this year since we won't be able to charge the same amount for event tickets.
What we have in place
- We currently have the text for the flyer and our logo for the flyer, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a sample flyer that uses our preferred colors and style, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,187 , allowing us to spend those dollars directly on client services.
This project will help SU2J immensely because we do not have a graphic designer or marketing person on our staff. We hope that a professional looking flyer will help us attract interest from potential sponsors, and help us meet our fundraising goals for the upcoming virtual events.
