What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)

Sisters On The Streets focuses on providing period products to menstruators in need in the San Fernando Valley. We have our own logos and need designs to post on social media for upcoming donation drives. I am looking for different flyers/post for holidays that will really grab donors attention. The main social media used are Instagram and Facebook ( SistersontheStreets). We encourage people who have summer get togethers ( when its not COVID) to make it a "bring a product drive".

What we have in place
  • We currently have http://www.sistersonthestreets.org/about-us/ for logos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have https://www.instagram.com/sistersonthestreets/ and FB, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to pay for storage for these items as well as hire someone to drive the products to over 60 agencies in Los Angeles.

Periods happen monthly. Its an ongoing need. No one should have to struggle to choose between purchasing food or period products. It takes our wonderful donors to provide these items to those in need. Hosting donation drives to serve a community is a great way to be involved. Everyone has their own level of involvement whether it be direct outreach, donating once, putting kits together, etc.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
