What we need
  • Analysis of website’s on-page content, technical structure, and presence of inbound links on other websites for search engine optimization
  • Actionable steps to improve website’s performance in search engines via organic search

We have transitioned from representing a product to a different product and want to make sure that we are optimizing the site to reflect these changes when people are searching. I hope this audit of the current site will help us to determine changes to ensure the correct information is being displayed.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a functional live website and google analytics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a site administrator to address changes, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,566 , allowing us to focus the time and energy of our small staff on delivering training, materials, and support to those seeking to build stronger resilience in healthcare, education, and in the home.

We have transitioned in the last year from training and delivering a social-emotional learning program to a general Open Education Resource that can be freely adapted by anyone. But, because we changed there is a lot of misinformation about what we can do to help healthcare providers, teachers, and families.

  • Professional assesses on-site elements including URL structures, navigation, internal links, use of keywords and general copy
  • Professional creates list of every page in a spreadsheet with notes and recommendations for improvement

  • Professional assesses technical site elements that affect crawlability like sitemap, use of HTTPS, HTML structure, site speed, and presence of 404 or server errors
  • Professional provides recommendations to improve search engine indexing

Milestone 3: Off-Site Link Audit
  • Professional uses a free tool (like Moz ) to assess presence and state of backlinks and anchor text
  • Professional provides recommendations to improve domain and page authority
