What we need
- A visual redo of the Organization's website
- Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
- Mock-ups of key site pages
- Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
- Note: We recommend this project for custom websites. If your site is built on a CMS platform like Wordpress or Squarespace that offers templates, you may not need this project. Check out our Website Content Plan project for help building a CMS-based website
Additional details
For highly experienced developers. Please see site before applying. Looking to have someone possibly update or even redo our site, add a drop-ship page, redo homepage and overall theme. Really want it to be a great user experience, to integrate fundraising and other elements to make this a wonderful website. Loads slow, the mobile design menu needs review, theme cohesion is missing and need overall review from someone experienced in developing before we launch. Thank you.
What we have in place
- We currently have the website built on WordPress, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logo, mostly all the design elements, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,186 , allowing us to focus on our mission to help those with Autism and other special needs live a meaningful life.
Want our website to be impactful to our mission in helping the Autism community. Our current website seems ok, but I would like to have another person take a look at it

Our mission
We are a mission driven organization striving to improve the quality of life in the special needs community while emphasizing on the Autism Spectrum. Our goals are to educate, support and empower families of the community through various approaches developed from grassroots efforts. This includes advocacy for assistive technology to enhance the collaboration of educational & technological advancements, developing programs that focus on interpersonal development, self-expression, public safety, employment, education, health, address social issues and needs as they arise.
