Project details

What we need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details

We would like to update out website, and would like some feedback on the current website and recommendation for improvements. We do have a list of ideas that were brainstormed within our group.

What we have in place
  • I've asked our website person to generate information from google analytics for our website. We have a document with information on our audience, goals for the site and what we would like add/update on our website. I'm the leader of the Rowing Club, and leading the effort to get the website updated. I'm retired now and have time to do whatever to help get this done. Our website manager would also be available for questions.
    Thanks for considering our project!
    Lora
How this will help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to focus on delivering rowing programs to the community, especially our youth program which has been very successful.

Last season, with Covid 19 we were unable to have our normal slate of programs. Having an up to date website will help us attract new rowers to our programs. We spent the last several years renovating our boathouse and gazebo used by the community and want to showcase this and recognize our benefactors.
