Storytelling
Project details
What we need
- A compelling narrative, or set of stories
- Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
- Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
- Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
What we have in place
- We currently have Individual Donor Letters and teacher impact interviews, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have initial impact data and an evaluation report, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to reallocate those resources to strong teacher development programming.
Our organization is thriving in our pilot year in Philadelphia, even in the midst of COVID. Multiple school leaders have now heard of our work and would like us to work with their teachers. Without supplemental funding to support our work in resource strapped Philadelphia schools, we will not be able to accept new school partners and expand our impact. Telling our story in clear, compelling ways to new funders will increase our chances of funding and ensure we can expand our programming.
