What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee handbook that was revised in 2016, but quite a few of our policies need to be revised to match our current employment practices such as our PTO policy.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to recruit additional talent to grow our mission of helping individuals with disabilities secure employment.
This project is important because it will inform our employees of our policies and procedures to reduce any confusion and enable our organization to increase employee retention.

Our company is structured as a one-stop-shop offering adult employment services, youth programs, employability trainings, paid work experience, and a variety of career assessments. Our services enhance a customer's ability to successfully achieve independence by establishing a lifelong career.
