Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We are updating our Employee Handbook and are looking for a legal or HR professional to help us review it for compliance.

What we have in place
  • We have already revised and updated our Employee Manual based on samples provided by other organizations, which should make it easy to get started.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to devote those resources to protecting and defending the Los Padres National Forest.

An updated Employee Manual will help our staff work more cohesively as a unit. It's been several years since we last updated our manual and our organization has grown significantly since then.
