Executive Director
The C.R.E.W. is on a mission to give young people employment and develop lifelong skills, by performing hands-on environmental work that restores natural land and protects communities against wildfire.
Based in Ventura County, California, The C.R.E.W. brings teens and young adults to work on environmental projects that include fire prevention, habitat restoration, and trails. We offer training in technical skills and career development fundamentals. Through the challenging and meaningful work offered by The C.R.E.W., our young staff develop a commitment to stewardship while they grow in skills, maturity, and leadership.
