What we need
- A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details
We need graphic design for an annual report that will probably be 11x17, folded and double-sided.
What we have in place
- We currently have branding guidelines, stats, and financials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a sample of another org's we like, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to invest in other organizational priorities like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training, improved fundraising, and resources for our job seekers such as computers and bus cards.
Having a succinct summary of our organizational status and achievement of goals is useful to provide to grantors, have on our website, convey to our donors and other stakeholders.
Project plan
Our mission
Daily Work provides employment services and mentoring so all job seekers can thrive, resulting in a community where everyone can work, grow, and contribute. We focus on employment as a means to achieving financial self-sufficiency and a healthy, holistic life experience.
What we do
Through one-to-one employment case management services, Daily Work strives to mitigate systemic barriers that limit access and opportunity for job seekers. Our work is grounded in an awareness of the relationship between long-term poverty and un- or under-employment, and the disproportionate impact of both on immigrants and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).
Daily Work job seekers rely upon holistic case management services to organize and prioritize their needs. While not a one-stop-shop, we provide the opportunity to work with one case manager who can assist with navigating multiple programs and agencies.
Typical tasks include job identification; completing online applications; resumes and cover letters; interview and workplace culture coaching; healthcare and housing applications; support for English, financial and technology literacy; assistance with a variety of paperwork, and securing picture IDs or driver's licenses. Job seekers are supported through job orientation, training, and advancement. Services progress as employment and basic need milestones are met. We prioritize providing access to technology and computer literacy to address the ever-increasing need for tech literacy.
