What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

We are kicking off an annual giving campaign and I am looking for graphics to use on social media and our website.
We have all of the information ready to go.

What we have in place
  • We currently have logo, font, and messaging ready, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a vision for this campaign, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide more visual arts programming to our community.

This project is important because it will be the first time we are campaigning for a recurring donation. We currently use Bloomerang for our donor database and are excited to start this new feature with donors.
Operational support is so important for us and this will help secure more donor money.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
