What we need
  • Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
  • Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive

I want to learn more about google documents and get help to access the non profit G-suite and how to use it

What we have in place
  • We currently have a reliable internet and the will to learn, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff member, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,970 , allowing us to help more girls

As a non profit we are working with various people from various places. Therefore we wish to achieve our goals despite these tragic times that we are currently facing.

  • Volunteer Manager applies for G Suite for Nonprofits , or has a Google Workspace account and is ready to set it up

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager shares current suite of applications team uses, along with current storage and file management system
  • Professional provides recommended list of Google apps to setup, and incorporates feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Implementation and Training
  • Professional sets up requested Google Workspace apps, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Hangouts.
  • Professional sets up Gmail with an initial set of email groups (if necessary)
  • Professional sets up G Suite account admin privileges for Organization’s designated admin users
  • Professional provides a basic tutorial on the functionality of different applications, as well as instructions for admin users
