Project Details

What We Need

Design of a presentation template based on Organization's visual branding guidelines
Creation of 10-15 different slide types in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Keynote, or another presentation software that can be customized for various needs

Additional Details

We have a new logo and will be launching a new website this year. As a result, we need a new branded presentation template based on our new logo and our existing Logo Design & Visual Brand Identity guide.

What We Have In Place

We currently have a brand guide based on our new logo and website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have template designs for our new website to share, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

How This Will Help

This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to to spend more time advocating to transform systems and end youth homelessness.

We are really working to elevate our brand and image and want to have all of our public facing documents to be updated with our new logo and brand guide. Having a professional look and design elevates our message and makes us more persuasive to policymakers and the public as we work to end youth homelessness.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials

Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts

Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss potential use cases for presentation so that volunteer knows the types of slides to create

Milestone 2: Template Creation

Professional drafts slides in desired format (e.g., Powerpoint, Google Slides, Prezi), and incorporates any feedback to create final product

Milestone 3: Final Draft & Training

Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
Professional provides training on how to use template to create presentations
