What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee handbook that is outdated, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have draft DEI plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to truly live out our values and implement our DEI plan.
Part of our DEI plan is to improve our internal policies and increase transparency for when we do grow as an organization. Right now we are a team of four. We really need someone with expertise to help us propel our DEI work forward so we can truly become an organization that is living out our values.
