- A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators

The above description is accurate in terms of what we are looking for as a non-profit Community Health Care organization which serves its member health centers throughout New York State. We also need assistance in reviewing our current resources and development of a plan to build on these existing resources.
What we have in place
- We currently have A strategic plan with the elements noted above., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A dedicated staff member(s) to work on this project., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to re-invest in our current resources.
Like many non-profits, the Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS) is challenged by COVID-19. We are looking forward to working with someone who is skilled at reviewing our existing talent resources and helping us to plan how best to maximize and expand on them.
